The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] is the largest multi-disciplinary professional body of engineers, established in 1920 with its Headquarters located in Kolkata and incorporated under the Royal Charter on 9th September 1935 by the then His Majesty of King George V. The Royal Charter endowed the Institution with the responsibility to promote the general advancement of engineering amongst its members and persons attached to the Institution. After Independence, the Institution is a "Body Corporate" protected under Article 372 of the Constitution of India. The Institution of Engineers (India) is administered by a National Council with the President as its Head.

The Institution of Engineers (India), Assam State Centre invites applications only from male candidates for the following position for its Guwahati office on a purely Contractual and Temporary basis for 1(one) year, which may be extended depending upon the performance of the incumbent and requirement of the Centre from time to time.

Job Profile: Record Keeping of Office, Keep Contact with Corporate Members & Communicate, Communicate with HQ & other Centres and Organisation, Meeting, Seminar, Workshop & other Event arrangements, Management

of Centre’s assets including rented properties, Office Management, etc, etc. as desired by management.

Age limit: Up to 26 Years as on 31 st July 2022.

Salary: Negotiable.

Other Perks: Besides Medical Insurance & PPF, a subsidized Minimum accommodation facility may be provided to the outstation candidate.
