Assam Pollution Control Board Recruitment 2022 department has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 18 vacancies including Field assistants, Scientific Assistants in the establishment of Pollution Control Board, Bamunimaidam, Assam under the National Air Monitoring Programme (NAMP) on a purely contractual basis. 1) Name of the Post: Scientific Assistant

No. of post: 4 (Four)

Category: Open

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be B.Sc. passed with chemistry major (Regular/Full time) from a recognized university by govt. of India. Two years experience required in Laboratory Analytical Works or M.sc. degree in chemistry/environmental science. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Salary: Rs.18000/- PM fixed.

Place of posting: Kamrup Metro - 1, Kamrup - 1, Dima Hasao - 1, Bongaigaon -1 

Age limit: Not exceeding 32 years.

2) Name of the Post: Field Assistant

No. of post: 15 (Fifteen)

Category: Open

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be B.Sc. passed (Regular/Full time) from a recognized university by govt. of India. The candidates having B.sc. degree with chemistry and computer knowledge shall be preferred.

Salary: Rs.10000/- PM fixed.

Place of posting: Kamrup Metro - 5, Kamrup - 3, Dima Hasao - 3, Bongaigaon -2, Tinsuki - 1 

Age limit: Not exceeding 28 years.

Important notes:

1) After scrutinizing of the documents, the selected candidates shall be called for a personal interview, to be conducted at the Head office of Pollution Control Board, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati -21, Assam.

2) Local candidates i.e. candidates belonging to the nearby area of the NAMP station, shall be given preference in the selection of the candidates.

3) The board reserves the right not to fill up the posts,  and in such a situation, no correspondence/representation will be entertained.

4) The candidates can appear for more than one post. Candidates shall clearly indicate the name of the post for which they are appearing for an interview.

5) The experience specified above shall be the experience acquired after obtaining the basic/essential qualification for the post.

6) The number of posts is likely to increase or decrease as per the requirement. 

7) The above posts are purely temporary and on a contractual basis initially for six months and likely to be extended on satisfactory performances of the candidates. 

8) He/she will not have any right to claim for regularization or absorption whatsoever in regular vacancies of the Pollution Control Board, Assam.

9) No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
