Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a minimum viii passed from a recognized school. The Candidate must possess a valid Driving License issued by the competent authority.

Age limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of the date of application. The upper age limit will be relaxed by-

• By 5 years for ST and SC candidates i.e. up to 45 years as per Govt. Notification No.ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02-09-2020 issued by Department of Personnel, Government of Assam,
• By 3 years for OBC / MOBC candidates i.e. up to 43 years as per Govt. Notification No.ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02-09-2020 issued by Department of Personnel, Government of Assam,

Salary: (Rs. 14000- 60500) + GP- Rs. 5200/- (PB-2)

1) Eligible and interested candidates may apply offline only.

2) The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

3) Eligible candidates will have to apply in the Standard Form of Application (published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt, of Assam) and must submit it to "The District & Sessions Judge, Bajali, Pathsala, District Judicial Court Complex, Madan Rauta Nagar, Pathsala - 781 325". The Last date of receipt of the application is 01-10-2022 till5.00 PM.

4) The application must be accompanied by the following-

• Three recent colored-passport size photographs with names on the reverse side, 
• One Self-addressed Envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs.5 thereon, 
• Self-attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her AGE, CASTE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, and DRIVING LICENSE. 
• Mobile Nos. must be written on the top of the Standard Form in RED INK. 

5) Candidates already in govt, service must apply through the proper channel.

6) Incomplete or late received applications will summarily be rejected.

7) If any candidate is found canvassing directly/indirectly his/her candidature will be rejected.

8) The applications can be submitted through Ordinary/Speed/Registered Post or directly to the office of the undersigned.

Selection Procedure of District and Sessions Judge Bajali Recruitment 2022

1) The candidates will have to appear in Written Test, a Driving Test, and an Interview (Viva-Voce) at their own expense.
