Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be Post Graduate in any Science stream from Govt. a recognized Institution with a minimum of 5 years of
experience in the procurement of drugs in Govt.
organizations.
OR
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Govt. a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2 years of
experience in procurement of drugs in Govt.
organization.
OR
Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. a recognized
Institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience
in procurement of drugs in Govt. organization.
Experience in Procurement through e-Tender
desirable. High proficiency in written and oral English.
Age limit: Up to 50 years as of 1
st January 2022
Salary: Rs.30000/- Negotiable.
2) Name of the Post: Executive
(Procurement/BME)
No. of post: 3 (Three)
Category: Open
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/ BioMedical Engineering/ Medical Electronics from a Govt. recognized Institution/ University with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Procurement
of Medical equipment in Govt. organization.
OR
Diploma in Instrumentation/ Bio-Medical
engineering/ Medical Electronics from Govt. a recognized Institution/ University with minimum
5 years of experience in Procurement of
Medical equipment in Govt. organization.
Experience in Procurement through GeM and eTender is desirable. High proficiency in written and oral English. Computer proficiency-MS Office (word, excel,
PowerPoint)
Age limit: Up to 50 years as of 1

3) Name of the Post: Senior Finance
Controller
No. of post: 1 (One)
Category: Open
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be Retired AFS officers who
were holding a post not below the rank of Financial
Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor / Director Finance
before retirement preferably Senior Financial Advisor/
Director Finance. Experience in dealing with
Health related schemes/finance in Government Sector. The duties and responsibilities of the
Senior Finance Controller shall be governed by the
instructions given in Annexure-II of the Delegation of
Financial Rules, 1999, Government of Assam.
Other Conditions:
• The appointment shall be on a Fixed Term
Contract basis and is renewable depending on
performance and mutual agreement basis.
• Other monetary/non-monetary benefits as per
applicable policies of the organization
Age limit: Up to 65 years as of 1st January 2022
Salary: Rs. 80,000/-
(negotiable)
