1) Name of the Post: Multi-Tasking Staff
No. of post: 1 (One)
Category: UR
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be passed in 10th standard from a recognized board. Knowledge of MS office, Scanning, and Photocopy, Office file maintenance, Stock Register entry, and maintenance. Minimum 3 years of experience in Office assistance work.
Age limit: 27 years (as of the date of application). Age relaxation category candidates and for employees of central and state govt., govt. autonomous bodies and universities, age relaxation is applicable in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the central govt. A candidate claiming to belong to the category of central/state govt. employee and thus seeking age relaxation would be required to produce a certificate issued after the date of the advertisement from his/her employer on the official letterhead.
Salary scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- plus GP Rs.1900/-
2) Name of the Post: Front Desk Manager
No. of post: 1 (one)
Category: UR
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of Assamese, Hindi, and English both speaking and writing. Minimum 3 years of work experience in academic/educational/research institutes or organizations.
Age limit: 30 years (as of the date of application). Age relaxation category candidates and for employees of central and state govt., govt. autonomous bodies and universities, age relaxation is applicable in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the central govt. A candidate claiming to belong to the category of central/state govt. employee and thus seeking age relaxation would be required to produce a certificate issued after the date of the advertisement from his/her employer on the official letterhead.
Salary scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- plus GP Rs.2400/-
How to apply to OKD Institute Recruitment 2022
1) Eligible and interested candidates may apply through an application form.
2) Eligible candidates will have to download the standard form of application available on the institute's website www.okd.in. They must submit the duly signed filled-in form addressed to "Director, Omeo Kumar Das Institute of social change and development".
3) The application must be accompanied by the following:
- Two recent passport-size photographs with names on the reverse side.
- Self-attested copies of testimonials support his/her age, caste, educational qualification, work experience, etc.
4) Candidates already in Govt. service must apply through the proper channel.
5) Incomplete or last receipt of applications will summarily be rejected.
6) The applications can be submitted through Ordinary/Speed/Registered post or directly to the office of the undersigned.
Selection procedure of OKD Institute Recruitment 2022
1) The selection will be based on both written tests and interviews.
Written test pattern:
For Multi-Tasking Staff: (Total Marks - 40)
1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) - 40 Marks
For Front Desk Manager: (Total Marks - 40)
1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) - 40 Marks
2. English Proficiency Test would include analytical and descriptive questions - 10 Marks.
MCQs will include General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Computer Knowledge.
No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates. However, the list of shortlisted candidates and the date of the written test/interview will be uploaded to the institute's website. Candidates are advised to visit the institute's website regularly for updated information. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the written test/interview.
