Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Charaideo District has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 3 Part-time & Full-time Assistant Teachers posts in the establishment of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya. The engagement will be purely contractual for a period of 11 months initially. As the KGBVs (III) are residential in nature. all candidates have to reside in the school or hostel campus except during vacation when KGBV students are allowed to go home. 1) Name of the Post: Full-Time Assistant Teacher

No. of post: 2 (Two)

Subject: English, Political Science

Category: Open

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a Master's Degree in English/ Political Science subject with a BEd. from NCTE recognized institute and Higher Secondary TET qualified. Preference: Experience in teaching UP/HS/HSS level.

On non-availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidate- Minimum Educational Qualification: Master Degree in English/ Political Science subject with B.Ed. from NCTE recognized institute. Preference: Experience in teaching UP/HS/HSS level.

• All positions are reserved for female candidates.
• All positions are reserved for Assamese medium candidates.
• If non-TET candidates are selected, they will have to qualify for Higher Secondary TET within 3 consecutive Higher Secondary TETs.

Age limit: Below 45 years on 01/01/2022. Relaxation of the upper age limit will be applicable for SC. ST (P). ST (H). OBC and PH candidates for 5 years as per Govt. of Assam OM No. ABP 06/2016/04 dtd. 03.03.2016

Salary: For HS TET qualified candidates Rs. 22000/- PM. For Non-TET candidates Rs.20000/-

Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer  Application or equivalent with B.Ed. from NCTE recognized institute and Higher Secondary TET qualified. Preference: Experience in teaching UP/HS/HSS level. 

On non-availability of Higher, Secondary TET qualified candidates minimum Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application or equivalent with B.Ed. from NCTE recognized institute. Preference: Experience in teaching UP/HS/HSS level.

• If non-TET candidates are selected, they will have to qualify for Higher Secondary TET within 3 consecutive Higher Secondary TETs.
