Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Morigaon has released an advertisement notification for the recruitment of 12 Assistant Teacher posts to establish KGBV. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (III) of
Morigaon District against the position shown below. The engagement will be purely contractual for a period of
11 months. As the KGBVs (III) are residential, all the candidates have to reside on the school or Hostel campus

1) Name of the Post: Full-time Assistant Teacher

Subject: Logic & Philosophy-1, History-1, English-2, Education-2, Mathematics-2, Zoology/Botany-1
Category: Open
Qualification & Experience: The candidates should be a Master's Degree in the subject (Logic & Philosophy/History/English/Education/Mathematics/Zoology/Botany) as per the vacant position with B.Ed. from Recognized University and Higher Secondary TET. Preference: Experience in teaching at the UP/HS/HSS level.
On non-availability of Higher Secondary TET Qualified candidate – Minimum Edn. Qualification: a Master's Degree in the subject ((Logic & Philosophy/ History/ English/ Education/ Mathematics / Zoology/Botany) as per vacant position with B.Ed. from Recognized
University.
Preference: Experience in teaching at the UP/HS/HSS
level.
Age limit: Below 45 years of age as of 01/01/2022. Relaxation of upper age limit will be applicable for SC, ST (P), ST (H), OBC, and PH
candidates for 5 years as per Govt. of Assam OM NO. ABP 06/2016/04 dtd. 03 03 2016.
Salary: Rs.22000/- PM for TET qualified. Rs.20000/- PM for NON-TET

How to apply for SSA Morigaon Recruitment 2022
1) Application to be submitted in Prescribe Format as given below as annexure — I also self-attested
all relevant documents /Passport size Photograph to the District Mission Co-ordinator, SSA, Morigaon
during office hours on or before 1st October ’2022, Any Postal delay will not be considered. An incomplete application without relevant documents will be summarily rejected,
2) List of shortlisted candidates with date, venue & time of Verification cum interview will be circulated on the
office Notice Board by the District Mission Co-ordinator, SSA, Morigaon on 14/10/2022 after 2.00 pm. The
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the verification cum interview on the date & time to be fixed
for this purpose with all original testimonials.
3) No separate call letters will be issued.
4) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the verification cum interview.
5) One candidate can apply for one position only.
6) Candidates who have already resigned from KGBV are not eligible
7) Reservation: i) All positions are reserved for female candidates.
ii) All positions are reserved for Assamese medium candidates.
8) If non-TET candidates are selected, they will have to qualify for Higher Secondary TET within 3 consecutive TETs.
